Complimentary consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide if we would like to work together. I can get an understanding of your needs and goals and what you would like to achieve from working with me. This information enables us to decide the best treatment for your needs and the optimum way forward for you.
I explain how I work with rewiring your brain for success and tell you the everyday household items we will use for your mind demonstrations! We discuss the various treatment options available to you and create your bespoke programme.

1. Payment required on booking to reserve your session/s. Sessions not prepaid are not guaranteed and someone else may reserve your appointment. Programmes can be paid in instalments by prior arrangement.
2. As I spend time preparing your sessions, no refunds are available for cancellation. Please be aware that failure to complete the programme will reduce the overall effectiveness of the treatment.
3. Sessions must be completed within the scheduled timeframe (usually weekly). Any cancelled sessions must be rescheduled within 3 weeks of the cancellation date. Sessions rebooked after this time are not covered in the original fee and will incur the usual session fee.
4. I reserve the right to terminate programmes. In such cases a pro rata refund will be issued
5. As a busy therapist with a waiting list, I operate a strict cancellation policy. This makes it fair for those on my waiting list as I can offer them a cancelled appointment. This also gives me time to prepare their session. Appointments are subject to a minimum 48 hours cancellation policy, for cancelling OR rearranging. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or ‘no shows’ will be charged for in full.
